In 2009, Arianna Biriki, Communications Manager of the CBC Programme Hungary - Slovakia and her colleagues decided to organise a new type of major information activity. They decided to travelling by bike across the Hungary- Slovakia borders, the team of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the CBC Programme Hungary - Slovakia deserves a special “maillot jaune” (yellow jersey). This was a very successful communication action, which brought together applicants, media and citizens in an unconventional environment.
